Mealamu Security provides professional security services including static guard personnel, CCTV monitoring, close protection, event security, mobile patrols, and alarm response throughout New Zealand. All services are delivered by licensed personnel in accordance with the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms, scope, pricing, and conditions for security services are outlined in individual service agreements between Mealamu Security and the client. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any service-specific agreements.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their security requirements
• Ensuring safe working conditions for our personnel on-site
• Timely payment in accordance with agreed terms
• Notifying us of any changes that may affect service delivery

5. Limitation Of Liability

Mealamu Security provides services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages except where required by New Zealand law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Mealamu Security and protected under New Zealand intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where client conduct compromises the safety of our personnel or the public.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
